Field Manuals

No returns or refunds are accepted on any field manuals, regardless of reason. Vintage manuals are expected to have defects.

Books & Other Items

We will consider exception returns on a case-by-case basis only if the condition was materially misrepresented.

To be eligible for consideration:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide clear photos showing the specific issue.
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.

If we approve a return due to a legitimate misrepresentation:

• We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping).
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during return transit.

Please note: Minor variations from photos or descriptions due to lighting, monitor settings, or normal wear consistent with the stated condition do not qualify as misrepresentation. Examples of considered discrepancies would include missing pages, water damage, loose binding, etc.

Email us at contact@fielddeskbooks.com yet with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation. We will respond as quickly as possible.
